Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Mr. William R. Graham of Council District 9 to the
County of Hawaii Planning Commission.
Mr. Graham is a 34-year resident of Hawaii and does systems and programming
for Voter Contact Services. He has served as past president of the Kohala
Community Association, and does volunteer work with North Hawaii Hospice.
Mr. Graham also served with the Peace Corps. He states that he is not affiliated
with any political party. If confirmed, he will serve a term to expire on
December 31, 2007.
