Re: Fire Department Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a monetary donation of $600 from Wal-Mart Hilo, 325
E. Maka'ala Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. These funds, donated as part of Wal-Mart
Hilo's community involvement program, will be used towards the purchase of
educational materials to be distributed to the public in commemoration of Emergency
Medical Services (EMS) Week in May 2003.
Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating
the $600 monetary donation into the Fire Department's Fire Protection OCE account.
