I would like to request time to make a presentation on the proposed West Hawaii Civic
Center at the Council meeting in Kona on March 19, 2003. This is to follow up on my
commitment to Council Member Tyler to bring the project to the West Hawaii community.
In the presentation, staff and I will discuss the history of this project and what is tentatively
planned.
