the appointment of William R. Graham of Council District 9 to the Planning
Commission. Mr. Graham is a 34-year resident of Hawaii and does systems and
programming for Voter Contact Services. He states that he is not aftiliated with
any political party. I f continued, he will serve a term to expire on December 31.
