Aloha Councilman Curtis,
Thank you for your deliberations on supporting the Mayor's plan for a Civic Center. While I do support a civic
center to be built in West Hawaii at some time, there are far more pressing needs aCpresent. If we are t8lking
immediate needs for this area, roads, police, parks would be at the top of the list. Further, if some municipal civic
center were to be planned for this area, I think the community would like some input as to it's location and other
factors, while still in its earliest planning stage. I would be happy to email the Mayor and other Council members
regarding this, but yours was the only email address I could find on the County website. Whats with that,
