We were informed on January 11 that the traffic code amendment was supported by Public Works and the Mayor's office. Thanks Mary Ann Wanush Executive Director 1. I am still against Bill # 43. The good Doctor's office is adjacent to a parking lot with 47 spaces and 3 HANDICAPPED spaces; so there is no need to delete any of the valuable parking places in downtown. 2. It was incorrectly stated at the last meeting that the DIA was in agreement with this proposal. At no time was this true. I refer you to the above e-mail from Mary Ann at DIA. 3. If this bill still passes, I request an amendment that the space be restored should the Doctor vacate this location. 4. I am unable to attend today due to a dentist appointment. ~~1'~I Ghn^ , Comm.
