General Ohligation Bond ($36,3]2,650)
I~his is to transmit Bill No. 45, Dratt 4, which amends the authorization to issue general
obligation bonds by increasing the amount from $17,050,000 to $36,
~ 12,650. Draft 4 also adds
the following 15 projects pursuant to Mayor Harry Kim's memorandum dated March 6, 2003.
