Attached is Bill No. 17, Dratt 4, which includes the following amendments as discussed at the March 7,
2003 Council meeting:
1. Condition G. Page 4, second paragraph. Inserts "and the County Department of Public
Works" at the end of the first sentence. Inserts "and Pilipaa Street/Puainako Street
intersections" in the next sentence. Also inserts "and the County Department of Public
Works" at the end of the second sentence.
2. Condition H. Third paragraph. Deletes "the west lane of"and inserts "within one year
from the effective date of this ordianance."
3. Condition H. Last paragraph. Inserts "Except for the installation of the speed humps,"
at the beginning of the sentence.
4. Condition 1. Inserts a new second sentence `Further, all structures within the area
designated "X" on the Flood Insurance Rate Map as of the effective date of this
ordinance shall be limited to a gross area of 24,000 square feet." Deletes the word
"Further" from the beginning of the next sentence.
