At the cer~- lead, we believe additional conditions should be placed
on the Planning Department in the preparation of the Corridor
Management Plan. Section '?:i-6-64 (d). They should be required to~
1. Identifi all instances where the conditions and standards
contained in the Corridor '_banagement Plan and in the
OcerLlc District ordinance differ from Ihose within the
underlying zoning.
Include an assessment of impact to affected landowners
propcrTy- rights. including impacts to land us he~ hts.
setbacks. signage, etcetera. Comm. No.

V6-e are also uncomfortable with Section 20-6-60 (a). It should include "and° after
subsection (1) so that it is clear That both subsections (11 and need to be
demonstrated. Perhaps a definition of °adverse to public health. safetc and welfare~~
should be included.
Secondly-. we hate concerns over the public notice requirements. w-e believe that
prior to the initiation of a Scenic Corridor Overlac District be Resolution, the
County- should notice the affected propertc owners identified in Section 25-6~6~ l I).
This would encourage greater public participation in the process.
Thank cou for the opportunity- to comment.
Regard..
