Attached for your consideration is proposed Bill No. 391, Draft 2. Bill No. 391 was deferred
in the Planning Committee since 1991. The proposed amendments include conditions and
language used consistently in similar zoning bills. Also the amendment to the tax map key
parcel number reflects the updated parcel number as 7-8-10:Portion of 2 (Formerly Portion
of 4).
