Fhe Department of Water Supply believes it is fair and in the collective hest interest of the County that they provide funding for this attorney position, since as a semi- autonomous deportment within the County. they do not contribute to the General Fund revenues, but arc receiving the benefits of legal representation by the Office of the Corporation Counsel.
