Subject: Resolution No. 70 - Paukaa Sewer System
At the August 18, 1997 Public Works and Pazks Committee's discussion on this matter, Council
Member Ray requested advice on the implications of the proposed amendment from
representatives from the Corporation Counsel's Office, the real estate or appraisal industry, and
the Department of Public Works. (See pages 12, 22, 31 of the minutes.)
Your assistance in securing the presence at the September 3, 1997 Council meeting of a
representative from your office to provide input on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Attached for your information aze the following:
• Public Works and Pazks Committee Report no. 61;
• Communication no. 249.03 -Letter from Ted Hong to Council Member Yagong;
• Communication no. 249.04 -Letter from Chief Engineer Kiyosaki to the Council; &
