MEMORANDUM

Hawaii County Housin Agency
SUBJECT: Approval of a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to
Negotiate and Execute an Agreement with a Consultant to
Re-assess the Feasibility of the Waikoloa Affordable
Housing Project.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Negotiate and Execute an
Agreement with a Consultant to Re-assess the Feasibility of the
Waikoloa Affordable Housing Project.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
resolution at its meeting on March 18, 2003, and voted as
follows:
AYES: L. Elarionoff, F. Holschuh, B. Jacobson,
B. Leithead-Todd, J. Tyler, J. Reynolds - 6
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: J. Arakaki, A. Chung, G. Safarik - 3
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its April 2, 2003, meeting.
