For your consideration, attached is an amendment to: Resolution No. 70.
This amendment was adopted by the Public Works and Parks Committee at its
August 19, 1997 meeting and the resulting Resolution will be numbered:
Resolution No. 70. Draft 2.
This amendment added the following language after paragraph one of part II:
"That the settlement offer must come before the full
Council of the County of Hawaii for review and approval
before the construction right-of--entry is permitted."
