Where in the Constitution is this authorized? How can it be justified by anyone other that a Liberal "feel-good" Socialist. Let's get back to the business of running the government by the mandates of the State and County Constitution which, as a office holder, you have sworn to protect and uphold. Perhaps, in this way the County can fulfill it's primary responsibilities of providing roads, clean parks and minimal effective public services with out raising taxes every few years.
