Transmitted herewith for the Council's approval is a resolution authorizing
the deletion of Condition No. 5 from Resolution 46-01 (Draft 4), Which Authorized
the Office of the Mayor to Enter into an Agreement with the United States of
America, Pursuant to HRS 46-7, for a Statewide Marijuana Eradication Grant.
