RE: Resolution 48-03. Draft 2, relating to a council initiated improvement
district to facilitate construction of roadway and drainage improvements
for Chong Street.
Pursuant to the floor amendment made during the April 2, 2003 council meeting, sections
(7) and (8) in the "Now, therefore, be it resolved" clause were amended to clarify the
