Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 70. Draft 2, with the following
amendments:
1. Condition ,I. Replaces the existing language with:
'9f required by the Director of Public Works, a drainage study of the project site
and immediately surrounding area shall he provided prior to the issuance of Final
Plan Approval. Drainage improvements within the project site, if required, shall
he constructed meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works prior
to the issuance of a Certiticate of Occupancy."
This proposed language is identical to The language used in the U of N bill due to
the proximity of that project.
2. Condition T~. Includes the fair share contributions.
