RESOLUTION OF THE HAW.AI'I COUNTY COUNCIL OPPOSING iINITED STATES
PREEMPTIVE MILITARY ACTION AGAINST IRAQ.
Please support this resolution for the sake of ottr children and the children of Iray.
Our children need to know that preemptive actions are immoral and wrong. If they do not
accept this fundamental truth then we can expect far worse situations than we experienced at
Columbine.
Irayi children need to be taught that not all American people supported the killing oY'
imtocent people in their axmtrv so that they are not driven to seek revenge and justice once
khey become adults,
Preemptive wars are j ust not the way to bring peace in this world.
