The Anti-War Resolution should be changed to a resolution of support of the Commander-in-Chief
and the military.
The United Nations (which is a misnomer) should have a limited role in re-building Iraq. ARe~ all
they are not the ones bleeding and dying for this "Just Cause". In fact our financial support should
be lowered to the UN. The US should be in control in awarding contracts for re-building the country and bringing
the oil fields up to date. All debts by haq owed to France, Russia and Germany should be declared illegal and wiped clean
when the new government is in place. Saddam was a dictator and did not represent the people. Therefore, any claims
by these countries should be settled with Saddam if he is to be found.
We should use pre-emptive strikes in the future and no US military units should never come under the United Nations.
