We support Hawaii County Council Resolution 53-03 to barricade the stubbed out sections of road at the intersection of l~ko and Kinau Streets. These barricades would improve the safety, welfare, and appearance of our neighborhood by preventing non-area residents from conveniently parking and continuing to commit the above ottansms.
