Amending Capital Improvement Budget = $6,000,000
This is to transmit Bill 67, Drafr 2, which amends the capital budget for FY 2003 by
appropriating $3,000,000 for TEA-21 projects and $3,000,000 for local road improvements. The
projects and improvements are listed on Exhibit A.
Bill 6Ts Exhibit A was amended at today's Cowicil meeting by deleting the Komohana Street
Widening and Extension project and replacing it with Kuakini Ilighway Widening (Hualalai to
Alii Highway).
Attached is Bill 67, Draft 2 for signature.
