and approval. A draft Dopy is enclosed. Officer Chung Hooa has left for one motuhi atd will
reaaa in mid May. 2003. We will joi~ly work out any ugSnished deta7s at that time. you wiU

The County Council recently passed Resolution 53-03 that enables barricading stub-outs pn Lako
and Klt>arr Streets in Kona VLctas subdivision. It will assist the Polioe Departmer iq curbing
iU®gul aptivhks in the area, Enclosed is a draft berrioadmg plan using boulders m colydon off
areas of fllicit use. Officer Steve Chung Hoon and I will implement the placement of boulders
with your kind approval We itrvito Bob Northrup m assist us when placement begins; please
