Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating the additional funds into the Speed Enforcement account and bringing the total grant appropriation to $50,740. ADDENDUM (For MVSO Use Only) This addendum increases SC03-06 (O1-H-02), entitled HCPD Speeding, by $33,240.00 to $50,740.00. The funds are to be used to complete the project objectives stated in schedule A of the approved project application. Due to our recent policy on paid media, highway safety grant funds cannot be used to purchase media (television and radio air time). However, grant funds can be used to produce the public service announcements, if it is part of the approved grant description. 2.
