Re: Operating Budget
The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation has approved a $251,000 Federal
Transportation Administration Section 5311 grant for the Hawaii County Mass Transit
Agency. The funds will be used for public transportation services and equipment.
Enclosed is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State
of Hawaii Department of Transportation.
Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating
this $251,000 Federal Transit Administration grant.
