requiring payment of funds fron-i the appropr#~ bons of a later fiscal year or of more than one fiscal year be
approved by resolution; and

seven (7) copy r~?achines for the ~?:vai`i County police Department, at the fol'o~+rirtg locations: Pub°,ic Safiety
l3uilding PIVIVI, Public Safety fJui3~I~g Pa.sol deceiving Desk, Public Safety ~uidir~g Information Desk, Kona
records, police Commission, Pub~i, Safety ~:silvng CID Section and for the new cal€block detention facility;
and
aP4ffi-I~~~S, Their current six (6) copiers are to be replaced with new copy machines along with a new
copy machine for the nevi cellblock d to=;tion facility; and
3r~f~t~lm~lS, acquisition of these machines dvill result in some cost savings for the police Department.
