These are proposed amendments to Bill No. 89, which standardizes the language in some of the conditions
as discussed at the April 15, 2003 Planning Committee meeting:
I . Condition R. Amended to read:

3. Condition E. Amended to read as follows:
"All development generated runofTshall be disposed of on site and shall nut be directed
toward any adjacent gro erties. A drainage study shall be prepared and submitted to the
Department of Public Works r~ior to [he issuance of Final Plan Approval. [any~~
drainage improvements shall be constructed meeting with the approval of the Department
of Public Works prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
4. Condition K. Deleted in its entirety. phis language is used fbr large projects completed in
