This is to transmit a resolution transferring/appropriating the following monies:
$5,000 Out of the Clerk/Council's Miscellaneous Charges Account to the
fray eUConferences Account
$8.000 Out of the Clerk/Council's Equipment Repair{Maintenance ($4,000) and
Postage & Freight ($4,000) Accounts to the Reprographics Rental/Lease
of Equipment
Number of pieces copied have increased significantly and lease increase
after tirst six months was not budgeted.

RE: Resolution No. 74-03 transmitting a resolution to transfer funds ($13,000);
$5,000 Out of the Clerk/Council's Miscellaneous Charges Account to the
'Pravel/Conferences Account and $8,000 Out of the Clerk/Council's Equipment
Repair/Maintenance ($4,000) and Postage & Freight ($4,000) Accounts to the
Reprographic Rental/Lease of Equipment.
Pursuant to Section I (g) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of
Hawaii, this written reyuest is submitted with my approval that the above-referenced matter be
waived from the Committee on Finance to the full Council for immediate action. ]n reviewing
this matter, timely approval is crucial. It is therefore advantageous that approval is granted and
the matter placed onto the next Council agenda for review. However, in the event this request is
denied, for whatever reason. 1 understand the matter shall he referred to the Committee on
Finance for placement on it, future agenda.
