Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 88, Draft 2, which includes the following
amendmmrts:
I. New Condition C. Includes the following language:
"The applicant shall install a backFlow preventer (reduced pressure type) meeting with
the approval of the Department of Water Supply prior to the issuance of the certil icate of
occupancy."
2. New Condition E. Includes the following language:
"A Solid Waste Management Plan shall be submitted to the Department of
Environmental Management for review and approval. A copy of the approved plan shall
be submitted ~o the Planning Department prior to the issuance of Final Plan Approval.°
3. Renumbers the remaining conditions.
4. New Condition H. (former Condition E). Adds the phrase "prior to the issuance of a
certil icate of occupancy" at the end of the sentence.
"fhe applicant shall connect to the existing County sewer lateral within Kilauea
Avenue[.] ~>r to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.~~
5. New Condition L (former Condition G). Adds the phrase "prior to the issuance of a
certificate of occupancy ~ at the end of the second sentence.
"The applicant shall prepare and submit a drainage report to the Department of Public
Works prior t~> the issuance of Final Plan Approval. Any required drainage system shall
be amstructed meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works(. rip O[ t0
