Removal
This is to transmit Resolution No. 63-03, Oraf~ 3, which makes the following changes as
discussed and adopted at tl:,~:; Public `~~'orK:s and Intergovernmental Relations committee
meeting on I~1ay 6, 2003:

Revised Statues and in the interest of the public, the Council tt.rges the
Mayor <~;~d tb-c Depar€mert of Public Works to initiate the imr,~ediate
removal of the obtit: ~t~;~ion caused by the gate erected on County
roadway property (I-~~IR 1-b=45:073), which is pate of t'ae Puna
Emergency Access Read (i EAR).
2. BE IT F[1RTI~IER RESOLVED that the Council ~-cquest this action be
complct~:d by July I, 2003 or its best effort.
