Dear Sirs,
l am one of tha many people who need to use the Emergency Bypass Road that
was built with my tax money.
k live 3 miles from my job. WY~J't t am forced to drnre around Keaau I dr'nfe 2t mites
to work, and spend 45 minutes in my car.
Not only do I spend money on gas and wear and tear on my auto, I am one of
marry who end up sating J3t. the krterseetions and fights akxmg the Keaau. l-fighway.
One of the problems in the mornings is the traffic, myself and many others who
would use the Bypass Road would not be in traffic in Keaau.
