Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §92-41, notice is hereby given that the Hawaii County
Council's Committee on Public Works & Intergovernmental Relations will be holding a
workshop on Resolution 72-03 (Comm. 234), a Resolution Authorizing the Maintenance; of
Certain Roads Currently Classified as a "Road In Limbo". This resolution would establish
interim criteria for the county to maintain certain of the many "roads in limbo."
This resolution is available upon request at the County Clerk's Ofticc, 25 Aupuni SL, I lilo: the
Office of the Mayor, 75-5706 Kuakini Highway, Ste. 103, Kailua-Kona; and the Kona
Councilmembers' Office. 77-6399 Nalani St., Ste. 104, Kailua-Kona.
The meeting places are accessible for persons with physical disabilities. Anyone requiring more
