COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 1>_0 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY <br /> CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br /> (RS-10) TO INDUSTRIAL-COMMERCIAL MIXED (MCX-20) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH <br /> HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-2-50:37 AND 38. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> <br /> County Code, is amended to change the district classification ofproperty described hereinafter as <br /> <br /> follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Industrial-Commercial Mixed: <br /> Pazcel "A" <br /> Beginning at a pipe found at the northeast corner of this parcel of land, also being <br /> on the west side of Laukapu Street and at the southeast corner of Lot 4, the coordinates of <br /> said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALM" <br /> being 3693.00 feet South and 10,068.10 feet East and thence running by azimuths <br /> measured clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. 360° 00' 00" 100.00 feet along the west side of Laukapu <br /> Street to a pipe set; <br /> 2. 90° 00' 00" 225.00 feet along Lot 8, Block 45 to a pipe set; <br /> 3. 180° 00' 00" 100.00 feet along Lot 5, Block 45 to a spike <br /> found; <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
