We , the undersigned residents and visitors of Iiawai�tp��' HAWAII
object to the plan of adding one more obstructive law to local
businesses already suffering from an excess of rules and a
downturned economy. The smoking ban should be a decision made
by each individual owner of a business, just as hotels have
"smoking"and "no smoking" rooms available, and restaurants have
^moking" and "non-smoking" areas. Such a ban also discriminates
against tourists, as well as employees that smoke and will be
unable to find a job in a business that allows them to do so.
