Attached for considera=ion is Bill 260, Draft 3. The following amendments are pursuant
to motions made dutin~ the May 6, 2003 Human Services and Economic Development
CommittLe meeting.
~ee~~n 14-21(7)(G). There was an extra bracket at the end of 14-21(7)(G) after
the ..-ord Credit unions. Amended by deleting this extra bracket.
P~~e 5: Sect~~ 1~-21(a)(l3). There are two references to "windows" one reference
should be deleted.
5: Seet~o 14-~22~~)(~). If left in, this subsection would allow lessees on state or
federal properties an exemption from this article. This subsection is deleted.
I'a~e 6: ~ecti~n 14-23~~t).
There was an incorrect reference to Section 14-23(b). This language should be changed
to reference Sections 14~24(b) and/or 14-24(c).
