have obv/ous/y never tfiought through. They have not cnns/dered (Ifso do
not care) the consequence to an already fa!//ng dinning industry nor the B/g
Island economy !n genera/. EconomlcaJty, it makes n0 sense what sb ever to
restrict the movements of people who obvious/y have the flnanda/means to
