I took two off-island visitors to Charlies for lunch and sat outside. Several people were smoking and the smoke drifted right to us as if drawn by a magent. I oppose smoking in all parts of all workplace, to protect workers and patrons. SMOKE KNOWS NO BOUNDARIES; we should accept none. But I am also practical about half a loaf being better than none.
