1 will be including fife following suggestion in my written testimony and pmsent it to your
wmtnittea at tomorrow's hearing.
"I would like to snake a suggestion in changing the language in seotian 1421{a)(13), as
the intent of this item is to prevent tobacco smoke fmm the exterior of a building from drifting
iatn the interior through doorways, windows, ventilation systems, ox 11ny odfar fresh air intake.
The current language does not take into 1lccouat areas of a building where them xaay be a solid
wall where tobacco smoke would sot ba able to drift into a building.
