The Office of the Corporation Counsel respectfully requests the above case be
placed on the June 4. 2003 County Council agenda for confidential attorney-
clientdiscussion in closed, executive session.
We have arranged for the County of Hawai'i's attorney, David Minkin, Esq., to
appear and brief the Council on recent developments in this case.
This request is made pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes,
as amended, and is made for the reason we anticipate discussion with the
