Re: Capital Improvements Budget FY 2003-04-Amendment to Project Data Sheet (Addendum)
This memo is a correction to the memo dated May 19, 2003 amending the CIP submittal relating
to the "Replacement of Large Capacity Cesspools". In the previous memo, I stated that the
proposed changes did not amend the Capital Budget. In fact, an amendment is required as a
result of shifting of funds from SRF to bonds/other.
The requested amendment is as follows:
1. Reduce the State Revolving Fund amount from $2,450,000 to $1,500,000.
2. Add under Bonds/Other for Replacement of Large Capacity Cesspool (FYNo 2003025) the
amount of $950,000.
3. Increase the subtotal for Bonds/Other from $32,858,000 to $33,808,000.
