An application from the owner dated April 8, 2003 and copies of the construction plans are attached as supporting material. The applicant proposes to ca;r.f:jly za, itl~ Section 21-28(a) of the county code., whereas they will construct the sewer extension for the co~~.nty and in return, receive stated benefits from the County for the, stated pcricd of time. T ~e Department of Environmental Management recommends approval of i':~is extension <~nd payment mechanism.
