Re: Bamcading of Lako and Kinau Streets
Kona Vistas Subdivision
Dear Council Members:
To date, DPW has moved boulders onto the stub outs on Lako and Kinau Streets. I believe that
due to time restraints on the barricades, DPV? has opted for and approved the boulder plan
Based on this, the barricading is completed. Dumping of rubbish wntanues however, but this
should stop once the Lako Street connection is completed.
DPW also wants the boulders painted. Gamrrac will donate paint and I wiIl recruit vohurteer
Kona Vistas painters. I expect we can get the painting done is a week.
On behalf of all Kona Vistas residents, thank you very much for making this possible. It was
accomplished without capital outlay. Again Mabalo, and based on the complttion, this status
report will be my ]est.
