RE: Arbitration Concerning Hilo Municipal Golf Course Employees
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, the
Office of the Corporation Counsel respectfully requests a meeting with the
Hawai-i County Council in executive (closed) session to discuss questions and
issues relating to the Council and County's powers, duties, privileges, immunities,
and liabilities.
We respectfully request this matter be placed on the Council's agenda for the
next regularly scheduled meeting.
