Subject: Compliance with Condition K (Submittal of a Traffic Impact
Analysis Report (TZAR)

Our office is in receipt of the Traffic Impact Analysis Report (TZAR) for the Kalaoa
Commercial Center. We would appreciate a copy of the response letter from the
Department of Transportation. This will comply with Condition K of Change of Zone
Ordinance No. 02-31 (REZ 979) which states:
K. A Traffic Impact Analysis Report (TIAR) shall be submitted to the
Department of Transportation with a copy to the Planning Director for
review and approval. Any traffic improvements that maybe required by
the approved T[AR shall be provided by the applicant prior to the issuance
of Final tiubdivision Approval or Final Plan Approval for any use,
whichever occurs first.
