This is to transmit Bill No. 104. Draft 2, which was amended at today's Council meeting. After
double-checking with Dr. Pila Wilson and the community, the proper spelling of Princess
Abigail's middle name is "Wahiika'ahu'ula." The change was made throughout the bill.
