Attached is Bill No. 109, Draft 2, which inchides the following amendments as discussed at the
June 3, 2003 Planning Committee meeting:
1. Condition D.
A common access easement with the adjoining parcel identified by 'fax Map Key
2-2-50:37 shall be provided along Kawili Street, meeting the approval of the
Department of Public Works. 'T'his common access shall be limited to fright turn-
in~ ingress traftic movement.] movements only.
2. New Condition N.
An annual prop*ress report shall be submitted to the Plannin~* Director prior to the
anniversary date of the effective date of the zone chanac. The report shall address
the status ot: the development and the compliance with the conditions of approval.
This condition shall remain in effect until all of the conditions of approval have
been complied with, and the Planning Director acknowledKes that further reports
are not required.
3. Renumber the remaining conditions.
