Attached is Bill No. 110, Draft 3, which includes the following amendments as discussed at the
June 3, 2003 Planning Committee meeting:
1. Condition D.
A common access easement with the adjoining parcel identified by 'fax Map Key
2-2-50:14 shall be provided along Kawili Street, meeting the approval of the
Department of Public Works. "Phis common access shall he limited to [right turn-
inJ ingress traffic ~movement.~ movements only.
2. Condition f~. Amend it as follows:
A full movement [common] vehicular access [easement between Parcels 37 and
38 or entirely on Parcel 38 shall be provided along] from Laukapu Street[,] shall
be located at the northern corner of each of the subject properties, meeting with
the approval of the Department of Public Works. Vehicular access to the
proyerty identified by Tax Map Key: 2-2-050: 038 may be situated at an o
location of said property, provided that it also serves as the only Laukapu Street
access to the adioinin~property identified by Tax Map Kcy: 2-2-050: 037.
3. Condition I. Amend as fr~llows:
To decrease further traffic concerns at the intersection of Kawili Street and
Makaala Street. the applicant shall coordinate its vehicular access movements

developments.
4. New Condition O.
An annual progress report shall be submitted to the Planning Director prior to the
anniversary date of the effective date of the zone change. 'fhe report shall address
the status of the development and the compliance with the conditions of approval.
This condition shall remain in effect until all of the conditions of approval have
been complied with, and the Planning Director acknowledges that further reports
are not required.
5. Renumber the remaining conditions.
