ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT COMMISSION
From Mayor Harry Kim, dated May 19, ?003, submitting for confirmation the
nomination of Ms. Lorraine M. Stahr of Council District 5 to the Hawaii County
linvironmental Management Commission. A Big Island resident for 11 years,
Ms. Stahr is the present coordinator for the Kapoho Beach Lots Neighborhood Watch
program. A member of the Republican Party, if confirmed, she will serve a term to
expire on December 31, 2005, replacing Ms. Luana Jones, who resigned.
