(Draft 3) Statcs the Planning Commission, at its May 8, 2003 public hearing, deliberated on Bill 47, Draft 2, which was referred by the Council. The Commission concurs with the Planning Director's reasons for recommending favorable consideration of the bill with the exception that the following proposed uses not be permitted in the MCX district: a.
