(Draft 2) (PERMITTED USES 1N THL INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL MIXED USE
(MCX) DISTRICT) (by adding the following: "All non-habitable uses permitted
in the CG district, except for residential uses in connection with the operation of
any permitted use shall be permitted in the MCX district.")

Statcs the Planning Commission, at its May 8, 2003 public hearing, deliberated on
Bill 47, Draft 2, which was referred by the Council. The Commission concurs
with the Planning Director's reasons for recommending favorable consideration of
the bill with the exception that the following proposed uses not be permitted in the
MCX district:
a. Adult day cart centers
b. Crop production
c. 1 lomc care
d. Schools.
