RG: Proposed amendments to Bill No. 109

Please consider these proposed amendments to Bill No. 109 regarding the Kawili Street access:
1. Condition D. Delete the existing language and replace it with the proposed
language.
~A common access casement with the adjoining parcel identified b~~ 'lax Map Key
2-2-50:37 shall be provided along Kawili Street, meeting the approval of the
Department of Public Works. "this common access shall be limited to right turn-
in traffic movement ~
Vehicular access to the subject property from Kawili street shall be limited to
iny~ress only and shall be located at the eastern corner of said property, meeting
with the approval of the Department of Public Works.
Condition i~ nmcnd it as R~Ilows:
To decrease further traffic concerns at the intersection of Kawili Street and
Makaala Street the applicant shall coordinate its vehicular access movements
with the landowners of the adjoining ~parcels~ ap reel identitied by Tax Map Key
2-2-50:37 [and 3RD to provide internal trafffic circulation between the proposed
developments.
